THURSDAY, August 7, (News Locale) - Samsung Telecommunications India has introduced its latest mobile handset called the Samsung TouchWIZ F480 in India. Priced at Rs. 20,990, the stylish Samsung TouchWIZ F480 is a sleek device that has complete set of navigation features. 

Samsung’s TouchWIZ communication campaign is targeting the lifestyle space on the mobile market and the F480 is being launched with an eye on the Beijing Olympics.

Sporting a 5 megapixel auto focus camera with Flash features, the  Samsung TouchWIZ F480 is compatible with GPRS, EDGE, 3G, and HSDPA networks networks with GSM and WCDMA features.

The latest Samsung TouchWIZ has a large 2.8” TFT LCD display screen. It boasts of storage of 240MB internal memory, which is expandable up to 8 GB via the microSD memory card slot. Multimedia features include integrated FM radio, MPEG4 video recording and multi-format video playback with editing functions.

The Touchscreen feature enables users to utilize the ‘Drop and Drag’ technology.to place widgets like clock, games, calender and alarms onto their interface.

The Haptic Feedback feature also enables users to get a tactile feedback with every selection they make. “We believe that the Samsung TouchWIZ with its sleek styling, advanced functionality and its engaging user interface is the perfect answer for consumers going in for touch screen phones," said Mr. Sunil Dutt, Country Head, Samsung Telecommunications India.

The Samsung TouchWIZ F480 is available immediately in all leading electronic stores in India.
