Asus Announces M70 Notebook With Blu-Ray Support |

WEDNESDAY, April 16, (News Locale) - Taiwan-based Asus has announced the availability of the M70 notebook, which is power packed with a variety of features including support for the Blu-ray format.
Asus M70 Notebook has got 1 TB of storage space, 1.3 mega pixels swivel Web cam as well as 17-inches WUXGA wide-screen. This screen displays a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. Intel Centrino Processor technology powers this nifty laptop.
Users have the choice of Core 2 Duo processors to incorporate into the machine. Five processors including T7500, T7700, T8100, T8300, or T9300 are on offer. Audio features like Altec Lansing speakers and Dolby Home Theater and in-built into the M70.
Avid gamers can choose between two graphics cards - ATI Mobile Radeon HD3650 with 1G VRAM or HD3470 with 256MB VRAM. The Asus AI Light technology automatically adjusts the brightness of the screen depending on the lighting ambience for ideal viewing.
Users can also choose from HDD including 12.5-inches HDD 500G or 9.5-inches HDD 160/200/250/320GB. Meanwhile its touch pad can be used as a control deck for music or video when it is not being used.
Asus M70 runs on Genuine Windows Vista operating system, and Mobile Intel PM965. The company is yet to announce the pricing for various configurations and also when the M70 will hit markets.
