Acer Aspire 5315 Hits Indian Market |

WEDNESDAY, Mar 12, (News Locale) - Acer has announced the introduction of the Aspire 5315 notebook in India. The low-cost entry-level consumer machine is modeled on the Pebble design and is set to retail for a price of Rs 22,219.
The Aspire 5315 features the Linux operating system (OS) and includes built-in CrystalEye Web cam that enables easy video conferencing. Powered by Intel Celeron M550, the Aspire 5315 includes support for Intel Wireless WiFi Link network solution.
Wireless connectivity is indeed the theme as support has also been provided for Acer SignalUp and GridVista technologies. Acer's CrystalBrite technology and 3D Sonic Sound System are also incorporated into this mean machine.
Other features include 15.4-inches WXGA Acer CrystalBrite TFT LCD display, ePowerManagement, 120GB HDD, 1GB of RAM and well as DVD super multi 8x double layer. The notebook has also got buttons that launch WLAN, email, Internet, and user-programming at one-touch.
The target is obviously tech-savvy youth and middle-class corporates. The Acer Aspire 5315 will soon be available in major Indian cities.
