The couple has also agreed to share custody of their two sons; 8-month-old Sean Preston and six-month-old Jayden James. Meanwhile Spears reportedly completed her rehab stint at the Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility and checked out Tuesday.

A statement released by Jive Records quoted her manager Larry Rudolph as confirming that Spears has finished rehab. "Spears has been released by the Promises Malibu Treatment Center after successfully completing their program. We ask that the media respects her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time," the statement added.

Britney's rehab stint was deemed necessary following increasingly erratic behavior by the "Oops" girl. The 25-year-old appeared to be shaken by Federline's threat to drag her into a custody battle for her two sons. She currently has custody of both boys, but Federline cared for them when she was in rehab.

Britney's behavior was nothing short of bizarre before she entered Promises. She was photographed without panties when she hit the nightclubs in February and also shaved her head even as the staff at a beauty salon refused to so. Britney spent a day at the Crossroads Centre in Antigua, but checked out without giving any reasons.

She entered the Promises facility on February 20 only to check out the same day. However she was back the next day and has apparently recovered from whatever ailed her.

She stayed only for 30 days as opposed to the usual 45-day stay. However a source told the Star magazine that she was not an ideal patient. "Britney has a seriously bad attitude problem," the source said. "She's been very demanding; acts like a 12-year-old and throws temper tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants! She's asking for this and that, special food, special everything--and she's not that nice to anyone. She has a serious entitlement problem."

But the truth remains that she has finished her rehab and returns fresh so she can concentrate on getting her life back to normal.
